Commit 2B Fit offers a unique combination of fitness options to help all of our clients achieve success. Commit 2B Fit has a three tear system so clients can choose what option works best for them at that time. One on one personal training is the first tear of Commit 2B Fit. One on one provides clients with customized programming, assessing and guaranteed one on one personal attention and coaching at every single workout. Open Gym training is the second tear of Commit 2B Fit, where clients receive all of the amazing aspects of one on one training such as customized programming, assessing and coaching, combined with the unique experience of a small group, open gym setting. Open gym hours will allow all open gym clients to come in grab their customized program and get results up to six days a week. Bootcamp and W.O.D classes have been the staple of Commit 2B Fit for over seven years. Bootcamp is a creative approach to group fitness. Clients will experience multiple forms of strength and conditioning workouts structured uniquely to ensure they receive the best bang for their buck. W.O.D is a weightlifting based program specifically focused on educating and generating strength and empowerment with clients. W.O.D workouts will always start with a main lift focus and finish with a fun fast conditioning circuit for some serious fat burning. Combine all of that with our amazing family environment and you have the best strength and conditioning gym in the Durham Region!

Simply put, our goal at Commit 2B Fit is to invoke long-lasting change, while guiding our clients to a state of optimal health and wellness. We like to say to all of our clients that "all you have to do is show up and put in your best effort, we will do the rest".

"You think you've lived a full life 'till you stopped living altogether...that's my story (which I'm still writing by the way). We
all face our mortality in our own ways...and on March of 2013 I decided to change the story my life was writing (having survived 3 heartaches plus a triple bypass, and the Grim Reapor "Depression"  with my daughter Lianne's loving support) I walked through the doors of Commit2bfit. What I was expecting (first time jitters aside) couldn't have been farther than the reality of the situation I found myself. Instead of a room full of testosterone enhanced goliaths I found myself in a room full of people like myself...different genders, ages, levels of fitness, and as many different reasons for being there as people in the room, but with one common goal...to improve the body I walked in the room with. My issues and reasons for seeking lifestyle change aside, Chris Dill and his team of instructors which I've had the privilege to work with since (Meagan Ried, Dan Tetroe, Lianne Levesque) have all tirelessly worked to meet my objectives, by providing  daily diversified supervised exercise programs (that's right Supervised...and in 3yrs. of almost daily attendance I cannot recall that there wasn't an instructor present...impressive). At the introduction class Chris had made the verbal commitment that even if only one person had signed up for a class an instructor would be there....and I thought yeah Right...well he was
and I've been there...just me and Meagan...impressive. Consistency,commitment, and a daily diversified fitness/cardio program aside, Chris and his team have provided members with a variety of different types of programs through the years from weightlifting, modified weightlifting, one on one instruction, mobility and yoga classes (except for the yoga I've participated in them all at no extra cost...impressive)...as well as having outside professionals give instruction/demonstrations...again impressive. Personally the thing I'm most impressed with at Commit2bfit (facilities, equipment, and instructors aside) it's the members and the community atmosphere...that they're there for themselves ultimately but for each other as well...is not only impressve but rare.
Every day I feel like I go home to work out. So look for the old guy...yeah that's me  64  feeling 16 (leap year joke)
