Personal Training (60 Min/Session)

Our private sessions are customized to meet your needs and goals. After you FMS (Functional Movement Screen) we will sit down and discuss a plan of attack to help you start to check of your fitness and health goals. We will combine a variety of exercises to keep your workouts fresh. kettlebells, body weight training and traditional strength lifts (Bench Press, Front Squats, Back Squats, Deadlifts, Military & Push Presses) are some of the styles of training we incorporate and our one on one private training to ensures clients see results. Focus and attention to your specific needs is our primary goal to your success.
