Chris is a certified and fully insured personal trainer. Chris is an Agatsu Certified Kettlebell Coach, Certified Kettlebell Training Specialist (KBTS) through the KBell Academy and Can-Fit Pro, Level 1 Basic Kickboxing certified with Can-Fit Pro and Fitness Kickboxing Canada, Stability Ball and Foam Roller certified with Can-Fit Pro. Chris specializes in weight loss, using unconventional forms of fitness, and his goal is to show clients that getting fit is a simple process with the right support.
Meghan is fully certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training. Growing up, Meghan excelled in soccer, going on to play at the National Championship Team at the provincial level. Meghan has spent time teaching at the YMCA, and coaching daily classes at Commit 2B Fit. When she’s not at the gym, she is a full-time stay-at-home mom.
Michelle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Graduating from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science, Michelle specialized in Exercise Science and played four years of Varsity Hockey at UConn on a full scholarship. Michelle is also a certified teacher, graduating from York University.
Michelle Gasparotto, RHN, RNCP, ROHP, is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and a Certified FirstLine Therapy Lifestyle Coach. Michelle graduated top of her class with a degree in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and was the recipient of the Award of Excellence. In addition to being the nutritionist at Commit2BFit, Michelle is in private practice at the Centre for Advanced Medicine in Whitby and is also the nutritionist for the Durham Region Soccer Association’s District Program. In addition to being certified in sports nutrition, Michelle has expertise in nutrition therapy for weight management, diabetes, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular disease.
